Our skin is adapting to the new weather and we need to help it transition and give it the nutrients its needs to stay glowing and healthy during the new season.

We need to scrub away dead skin and dry skin that accumulated during winter months. If you are looking for a natural gentle facial scrub, one of my favorites natural facial scrub is the Province Apothecary If you prefer chemical peels to get rid of dead skin, I love the Pumpkin Enzyme from Erin's face.
We also need to use lightweight moisturizers. Moisturizers with SPF are the best to moisturize your face and give you a lot of sun protection. .
