In case you have never noticed, your skin tends to appear less radiant and duller and more tired when we change season. This happens when summer becomes fall, fall becomes winter, winter becomes spring, and spring becomes summer. All year round, our skin needs to adapt to the newer season. And, we need to help our skin by tweaking our skin care routine when seasons change.
If you take some minutes to think about it, it makes all the sense in the world. While when we are in the summer, you wear less clothes, but when fall and winter come, we switch to long sleeves shirts and heavy coats to protect us from the cooler weather. Why not do that for the skin on our face too? We noticed that our skin looks more dull and tired during fall and summer.
