No matter our age we can have acne. There are many natural spot treatments to deal with acne. But, acne also has to be dealt from the inside.
One of the first thing I did to deal with my acne was to cut butter from my diet.You probably heard that you need to cut dairy and sugar from your diet. This tip definitely works for me. My skin has dramatically changed since I stopped eating dairy. With my French roots, cheese is the hardest thing to completly stop eating, so I can have fee flare ups when I do not stick to my diet. #4 Use teas, both topically and to drink
