Hyaluronic acid is made in the lab. Yep beautiful! Completely made in the lab and natural.

Plant Derived - Botanical hyaluronic acid is ethically derived by fermentation/bio-technology using starchy vegetables or grains. The result is a a clean and cruelty-free hyaluronic acid.

Bacteria Derived - This type of hyaluronic acid is commercially synthesized through bacterial fermentation of sugars or yeast.

Natural Hyaluronic acid is animal Derived - it is taken from the joints or eyeballs of slaughtered cows/horses or made from the combs of chickens. Yuck, Yuck, Yuck! Before buying hyaluronic acid serum, ask for the origin of the HA.
